The Horsemen History

In 2001 the team started out with five original members. Those members were Plague (Doug Cole), Death (Bill Butler), Pestilence (Bill Cole), Famine (Matt Wood), and War (Jason Gray).

These men came from different backgrounds and different experiences. Some having military background and others having only paintball experience. All of them though had a dream and that was to be the best.

To be the best they knew that they needed to put together an organized team with team name, patch and such. So after much deliberation about what they would call the team the came to agreement. They had decided upon “The Horsemen”, and so the team was born.

Since those early days, the Horsemen have adapted and evolved to meet the challenges and changes that time brings upon all airsoft teams.

The team has grown and has had it's fair share of ups and downs. We've taken on new members and also had members that left only to return once again. These challenges only made the team stronger as members built a respect for each other as we grew.

The Horsemen team now finds itself traveling across the country to attend national events like IRENE and Northern Wind.

While at these events a mutual respect with other premier airsoft teams has been built and what was once a small band of five has grown to a team that is recognized and respected on a national level.

What was the Horsemen dream so long ago is now the Horsemen way.
