Joining the Horsemen

We are always looking for those who are considered to be dedicated and skilled airsoft operators. If you have the desire to be a member of "The Horsemen" your journey starts here.

Who Can Join?

We invite anybody with a passion for the sport to make the effort to join our organization. We take Airsoft/MilSim seriously and members must be able to dedicate time and effort to participate in events, training, and certifications. Recruits are expected to have the minimum team load out (Except Patches and Team Tapes) in less then 28 days after their application is submitted..

Benefits of Joining

There are several benefits to becoming a member of "The Horsemen". Our members become close friends and we often have a great time when we get together. We share the common interest of Airsoft, and play at local, regional and even major national events. Our unit has made a great name for itself and we are proud to be respected on every field we visit.

The Horsemen run several premier events/operations. Some of these events are open to the public while others may be by invitation only.

Other benefits we have are our extensive training and certification program. These courses and certifications are taught by an actual former Military Field Training Instructor who also served on a "very active" Joint Operations Rapid Deployment Force.

Performance/Skill Review

Once an application has been submitted our command staff reviews the request and may order the recruit to attend several operations/events and/or a section course for a performance/skill review.

Recruits that fail to demonstrate themselves to a sufficient level must wait for a period of three months before requesting another application/review.

Those recruits that demonstrate their skills and professionalism to minimum team requirements will then move into the ranks of being one of the Horsemen.

Our recruitment and selection process is one we take seriously and our command staff takes the time needed to ensure we select team members carefully.

Recruitment Window

We review applications regularly March 1st through October 31st. We do not review applications regularly from November 1st to February 28th unless one was requested from you by the command staff.
